How much does the program cost?
Our business operates on a fee for service basis and we work with organisations who have a range of budgets to provide these services to their teams. Once we understand your objectives and budget we can tailor a program to fit. It will not take you long to see the positive impact that these services provide to your teams in terms of productivity, confidence and engagement. Working with us organisations can better understand the cost of not doing anything and also the benefit of having a qualified partner who can help with the heavy lifting.
What flexibility is there to choose modules that are more relevant to our team?
We have developed a comprehensive set of modules. There are now over 17 to select from. We have supported different businesses who have run the whole program for their teams to those who have handpicked those that are most relevant to current needs with their teams. The benefit of our tailored approach is just that – it is tailored to meet your needs.
What flexibility is there in terms of delivery method?
There is flexibility in terms of how we can deliver many elements of the program. Our default programs are delivered face to face in the work place but we also deliver many over a range of digital platforms.
How do we get things started?
We are flexible in how we kick things off but can facilitate this through a phone call, a video meeting or where appropriate via a face to face meeting. Initial interactions and discussions will be about gaining a deeper understanding of what your needs are and where you would like to focus your efforts. It is important that we understand how you would like to align and incorporate the focus and delivery of financial wellness with other wellness programs and activity that you have underway. It will be important for us to understand the make up of your workforce and where they are located. We will share our experiences and learnings from working with a broad range of businesses across Australia.
